Joico Power Spray Fast-Dry Finishing Spray
Joico's Power Spray is my favorite hair spray. I have been using it for years and I am so happy that it won the Elle Beauty Grand Prix Award for Best Hair Spray. Its the only hair spray that holds up the hair style the longest and I can easily undo my hair without breaking them. Even if I use it for my curls, I can easily brush through them. I love doing a pony tail with brushed out curls on the second day of styling. It looks perfect with a little teasing on the crown and some Joico Power Spray to hold that volume.I use this hair spray whenever I would like to add some shine and volume to my hair. It sets my hairstyle while keeping my hair soft to touch and keeps my curls for 3 days!! It can be layered on depending on the kind of hold I want. For everyday use, I mist it all over my hair, but for updos, I prefer a second layer. I never go overboard, but if your hair is hard to tame, you can go to town with this one, and still have hair that are shiny, non greasy and manageable. It even protects hair from heat damage. This is the most versatile hair spray ever. And I love it.
K-PAK Color Therapy Luster Lock
K-PAK Color Therapy Luster Lock won the Elle Beauty Grand Prix Award for the Best Hair Mask Over $15. This mask is available at salons for $26.20 for this 140ml tube. I never tried this before because my hair is not color treated, however, I use heat styling tools everyday and my hair definitely needed help from this hair mask.K-PAK Color Therapy Luster Lock promises to rescue even the most lifeless hair, leaving colour-treated locks 9x stronger, glowing with gorgeous gloss and breathtaking shine! I felt the same way for my hair. My ends are usually the driest and I have to pay extra attention to them to make them look shiny and healthy. This mask worked like a miracle from first use. It made my hair feel smooth and silky. I couldn't even tell if my split ends were showing up or not because every strand looked shinier, healthier and with much better texture.
It has a light fragrance but not an over whelming one and its unnoticeable after washing and blow drying. I love hair products that don't have a strong scent.
I apply this mask to my clean, damp hair from mid lengths and ends and let it sit for 3-5 minutes before rinsing with water. It is non soapy and washes off well. Then I blow dry and straighten/curl. My hair feels amazing after using this.
Overall, I feel that the Joico Power Spray Fast-Dry Finishing Spray and the K-PAK Color Therapy Luster Lock are must haves for my hair routine. I have always been a fan of Power Spray and I am so happy to discover the K-PAK Luster Lock hair mask. If you want luxurious, luscious, healthy looking hair then you must try these out.
