Designer makeup brands have come a long way with innovative formulas and one of a kind packaging and this Spring 2015 is no different. I am in love with so many new luxe beauty products but shortlisted them down to my favorite five.
1. NARS All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation ($57 at The Bay)
I heard about this the first time from Simone, a beauty blogger at Simone Loves Makeup. She now has a full review on it. I have never been able to find my foundation shade in Nars, so keeping my fingers crossed this time.
2. Reformulated Chanel Rouge Coco Lipsticks for Spring 2015 ($32 at Chanel counters)
Chanel reformulated their Rouge Coco Lipsticks and will be hitting stores on March 2, 2015 (Source: Beautezine) I can't wait to see what the reformulated version be like. I already love the current formula so this is going to be exciting. They have also renamed the collection and will be featuring 29 new shades. That's gonna be a mega launch!
3. DIOR Diorshow Khol Professional Hold and Intensity Eye Makeup ($32 at The Bay)
I am a kohl liner girl, so will be looking out for this one. Its a new product available in five colors. I am attracted to the shades Smoky Brown and Smoky blue
4. Hourglass Modernist Eyeshadow Palette ($67 at Sephora)
I was very excited about these when I heard that Hourglass is coming out with an eyeshadow palette. But with every review or instagram I see, I feel strangely about this palette. Its a gorgeous palette but those eyeshadows look like ripples and I fear they may be too soft, or may be even break! :O
I may give these a shot..so far I am a just intrigued.
5. GUERLAIN Meteorites Compact Light Revealing Powder ($68 at The Bay)
Finally, there is a travel version of a cult favorite, Guerlain Meteorites. I prefer them, over all finishing powders, as they are truly finely milled, smooth, silky and beautifully fragrant. Hope the pressed, compact version would be just as good.
