SCARLET & JULIA Review - Burberry Splash Eye Palette and Stila Smudge Stick in Damsel

I came across Scarlet & Julia recently and got a chance to purchase a few of their products. They offer a unique range of beauty products at incredible prices. My favorite section is the Beauty Outlet because they have such amazing brands at really low prices. BURBERRY SPLASH EYE PALETTE - HOT TROPIC NO. 2

I am currently in a Burberry beauty phase and I am collecting whatever Burberry products I can find. So, its not a surprise that I picked a limited edition trio that was launched back in 2013; the Hot Tropic palette by Burberry. The shade I picked is No 2 and has two cream shadows in navy and dark charcoal brown, which can be used as liners. It also has a warm brown shade for the lids which has a satin finish which looks very natural on lids. I did not find it to be water resistant as stated on the palette. In fact, it just smudges in water, may be a primer would help. Nonetheless that classic Burberry packaging is to die for.

STILA SMUDGE STICK WATERPROOF EYELINER IN DAMSEL

I dont even have to explain this product. Its everyone's favorite and my holy grail, the ultimate waterproof eyeliner the world has ever seen. The shade Damsel is a deep dark brown shade that stays forever. It retails for $29 

Overall, I enjoyed shopping at Scarlet & Julia. The package shipped out pretty fast and a tracking number was included. I would recommend checking out them out. The Beauty Outlet has a number of fragrances such as Chloe, Vera Wong, Gucci and more and also my favorite beauty brands such as  L'Occitane, Lise Watier, Ahava and Philosophy.
