I am so excited for this time of the year and this new Rouge Bunny Rouge Enchanted Forest Eyeshadow Palette for the holidays has be swooning!!! Each shade has high color payoff (wait till you see the swatches) and feels so buttery smooth on skin! I absolutely love this palette because all the colors in this one are my favorite, even the unexpected emerald green! It's not the holidays without jewel toned makeup, is it? So without further ado, let's take a look at this stunning eyeshadow palette by Rouge Bunny Rouge in Tender Equilibrium.
Oh my gosh! Look at that pigmentation and color payoff!! So beautiful and it translates on eyelids as well. These swatches are without a primer and that is how I apply it to my lids - without primer because they look amazing no matter how I apply. All of these eyeshadows blend easily without fall out.
What I love most about this eyeshadow palette is the minimilist, recyclable packaging which also includes a mirror. It has a very good magnetic closure which secures the palette ensuring it never opens up in my makeup bag. There is a good mix of matte and shimmer shades which makes is a complete palette in its own and its so compact that this is ideal for travel.
There are three matte shades which are numbered I (white), II (medium brown) and IV (grey brown). The matte white highlight shade complements the shimmery shades on lids, the two matte browns are wonderful in the crease and even on the lids for blending and as a transition shade.
Three shimmer shades are numbered III (shimmering rust), V (antique gold) and VI (emerald green) and my favorite is the antique gold and the emerald green shade. They look absolutely amazing on my medium skintone and I can't wait to wear these all season long!! The shimmery shades have lots of golden and iridescent shimmer which catches the light beautifully. There is no chunky glitter and it looks amazing on my eyes!
Overall I love this eyeshadow palette because it has a variety of warm tones with a pop of emerald green color. The mix of matte and shimmers makes it a more practical eyeshadow palette to have in my holiday makeup arsenal. I love it and I highly recommend you to try it out :)
