Whether I am travelling internationally or going to the gym, travel sized beauty products play a huge role in keeping me looking and feeling my best. I always pack light, with only the bare essentials in my carry-on luggage or my handbag. Today I am sharing with you my skincare, hair and makeup picks for travelling which includes my favorites in small travel friendly size.

BURBERRY Nail Polish in Oxblood No. 303 Review and Swatches

This hot weather, dryness and fasting are really taking their toll on me. Somedays I feel like I haven't accomplished as much as I could have. I am such a morning person, its hard for me to stay up till 10pm, let alone eat iftaar! The lack of sleep has started to show on my face but the worst is dryness! My hands are so dry, it is unreal. I take baths to exfoliate as much as I could and hope things will return to normal once the fasting period is over. 

Anyways, so I went for a little Eid shopping on the weekend and picked up this shade from Burberry. I really liked the Military Red from Burberry Nail Polishes and thought I could try something a bit deeper. Surprisingly, I do not own any nail polish that is this shade. OPI's Casino Royal is close but Burberry Oxblood is more red than brown making it more wearable at all times of the year. 

My Eid outfit is quite bright and has hints of this oxblood color in embroidery, so I felt that this shade will be nice. 

Its a gorgeous shade that can be built up to a really dark oxblood/burgundy shade. In the swatches I am wearing 2 coats. Keep reading for more.. 

BURBERRY Fresh Glow Compact - Luminous Foundation in OCHRE 20 Review

Today I am sharing this luxurious, beautifully scented powder foundation from Burberry. I am impressed with all the Burberry products I have tried before, so I wanted to try their powder foundation because, powder foundations are always tricky. They can quickly oxidize, may look drying or patchy.  However, Burberry nailed it with the blushes and eyeshadows, so I felt safe to get their powder foundation. I have been using this for a month now and I have mixed feelings about this one. Firstly, it only comes in 6 shades, so you have to be lucky to get a perfect match. The shade I picked is a shade lighter than my complexion, because the shades darker than this one, were rosy or orange toned. Ochre 20 is more like a light golden shade (yellow undertones). Favorite Lips ft Burberry, Chanel and Givenchy with Swatches

Yes! They are pink!

I can't fall in love with any other lip color and literally, I have so many shades of pink lipsticks, its hard to pick up favorites but still shortlisted them down to these two and a gloss that is so pigmented - its liquid lipstick for me.

Chanel Rouge Allure Gloss, Burberry Kisses & Givenchy Rouge Inderdit

These are my favorite lipsticks, not only because of the shades but the formulation on these is top notch. I have to still find a lipstick/gloss that compares to these in pigment, texture and application. All three of these are permanent and available at Sephora and The Bay.

BURBERRY Light Glow Blush in Coral Pink No. 9 Review and Swatch

So, here's a funny thing. I actually ordered another shade and I got this one in my mail and I liked it so much, I thought, its the same shade that I ordered until I was editing pictures for this post! Seriously! I ordered the shade Hydrangea Pink expecting it to be bright and cool toned pink. This however, is Coral Pink. Its no where close to coral and its not warm toned like u would expect from a coral blush. I really like this shade of blush because it always looks fresh and natural. 

After 3 months of using it, I finally decided to put down my thoughts for you. So excited that Sephora.ca and thebay.com now have Burberry Beauty online.

BURBERRY Kisses Hydrating Lip Color in PINK PEONY No 37 Review and Swatch

This past week had been so hectic for me and the icy road situation added to the stress. Even on Black Friday, I was volunteering at a community school, so that's how the week ended. Winter driving is really taking its toll on me and thankfully the weather is much nicer in the next week. *fingers crossed* 

On stressful days with no time to even think about makeup, I still go for a minimalistic make up look, (;o)) which basically means a sun screen, powder foundation, powder blush and a pink lipstick.  I just feel powder products are much easier to throw on my face then creme products, that require blending and making sure everything is even. I have quite a bunch of pink lipsticks but my favorite shade these days is this Burberry Kisses lipstick in Pink Peony. I'll be honest that my first impressions were not great about this one but the color is so perfect for every occasion, that I couldn't stop wearing it.

There is something magical about holiday products and I love collecting them. So, I had my eyes on Burberry beauty ever since I saw them on Sephora.ca and also on thebay.com and two weeks ago, The Bay had 10% off on beauty and that included Burberry as well!! 

I'm so excited to share this luxurious nail polish in the gold plaid from Burberry. They launched two shades in the holiday collection: one is a golden glittery shade called 'Gold Snow 449' and this is the second one in a creamy red called 'Military Red 300'.
