Today I am sharing some amazing hair products from Loreal Stylista available at London Drugs. They are easy to add to my hair styling routine and I am absolutely loving how they work for my hair. I have long hair that looks almost straight but I do get slight waves that I need to straighten out. I have been using the Heat Protective Primer and the Smoothing Serum almost every time I wash my hair and my hair looks great with a nice shiny bounce. I will be sharing the details on each of these in today's blog, so keep reading...

PHYSICIANS FORMULA The Healthy Foundation MN4 and Spotlight Illuminating Primer Review and Swatch
Every time I use something from Physicians Formula, I wonder why I never tried it before. It is amazing to discover products that perform so well, they rival the most expensive beauty products I have ever used. I love a good foundation and that is usually where I feel the need to splurge the most, until its not!
The Healthy Foundation with SPF 20 from Physicians Formula is a fantastic addition to my routine and even though this foundation stays perfectly without a primer, the new Spotlight Illuminating Primer adds just enough luminosity to skin to appear dewy and fresh.
As I get older and the contours of my face deepen a little more, I have actually started to appreciate highlighting products in a new light. I never thought I would be so concerned about how my eye area appears but as time goes by, I realize that these products takes years off my face just by bringing in more light or should I say Spotlight!
More on these amazing products from Physicians Formula at London Drugs in today's blog.

Hair Food Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner Review
So my entire family took turns to get sick this season. We usually don't get a cold/flu until December but hey, winter came in early for Calgary and I have a lot to complain! We didn't even get a flu shot, my trees were still green and I hadn't even emptied my annual planters! There was literally no autumn like activity in my yard! The trees on the median and road side had a wonderful golden display that could last just a day before 20 inches of snow got dumped all over the city. No matter how much I complain, this weather will constantly drive me crazy and wreak havoc on my skin and hair. My lips are dried, chapped, flaky and cracked and no amount of lip balm helps and I am actually desperately looking for something that is actually nourishing in accordance to the crazy Calgary weather. Is it just me or do vacations make you long for summer days more? Its like the more you see the sun/beaches/greenery/life , the more you despise your current situation.
Anyways, so at least for dry hair, I have something you might like to read more on. Its the Hair Food Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner, available at London Drugs, that is giving my hair some life this season. It adds volume without the frizz and it makes my hair look smoother and shinier. This is my everyday shampoo/conditioner duo and I can't wait to share this with you today.

Pink Shirt Day is February 26 - help make some noise against bullying!
London Drugs is honoured to be one of the eight ways that Canadians can make some noise against bullying this Pink Shirt Day onFebruary 26, 2014. Official Pink Shirt Day t-shirts are available in-store at London Drugs locations across Western Canada with net proceeds benefiting CKNW Orphans’ Fund in support of Boys & Girls Clubs Anti-Bullying programs. For the seventh year, London Drugs is building awareness of this powerful campaign by being the exclusive retailer of the official Anti-bullying Pink Shirt Day shirts at all 78 London Drugs locations. Youth and organizations continue to support Pink Shirt Day following the stand of two grade 12 Nova Scotia students In 2007. The students took action after witnessing a grade 9 student being bullied for wearing pink to school and encouraged their schoolmates to wear pink to send a message against bullying. Since then wearing pink shirts has sent a powerful message that Bullying Stops Here.
Since the program began, London Drugs has raised thousands of dollars for anti-bullying programs as a result of selling pink shirts through London Drugs stores. Boys and Girls Clubs programs foster self-esteem, social engagement, academic success, inclusion, acceptance, respect for self and others, and connection to community—all of which are key elements of bullying prevention. Boys and Girls Clubs rely heavily on community support to deliver their daily Club programs.
